Ferrero Hixon Associates has completed a number of public and private school projects. To design today's school environment requires an intricate knowledge of a host of issues, among them student pedestrian patterns, traffic circulation, parking needs, and both every-day and special-event security and traffic control issues. Incorporating these needs and a myriad of others into an attractive, safe, and easily understood site plan, while working in an often tight-budget environment, involves creative problem solving.
