This project consisted of a streetscape master plan through construction documents for a busy commercial section of Hebron Avenue and Main Street. The study focused on physical corridor improvements, traffic calming techniques, pedestrian connections and streetscape enhancements, and construction documents. Public charette meetings and coordination with the CTDOT were also the main project components.
