Project included development of a master plan for the Unionville section of the Town of Farmington, CT illustrating future build out, parking scenarios, handicap accessibility, and substantial re-working of roadway and pedestrian systems. Project entailed working closely with selected staff, special interest and business groups and the town to ensure consensus and plan buy-in.
