Ferrero Hixon Associates was selected by the Town of Windsor Locks Connecticut to develop a master plan / visioning plan, which will foster enhanced downtown economic development. The project includes recommendations on land use, transportation, recreation, market feasibility, cultural activities, pedestrian safety, parking / traffic calming and streetscape development. Our selection was largely based on our approach to the maintenance of the town’s cultural and historical mill village image.
