Ferrero Hixon Associates LLC (FHA) is a licensed, full service, planning, landscape architecture and development consulting company founded in 1989 with its primary location in Simsbury, CT. The company is owned and managed by licensed Landscape Architects and planners and is LEED-AP certified. We provide land and site planning, master planning, and development consulting services for profit and nonprofit developers, government agencies, and allied design professionals and possess a unique blend of formal and practical experience in landscape architecture and planning, real-estate development, and business management. The company structure is focused on the expertise of a single discipline service oriented process. As such, we have worked with and managed some of the region’s finest planning, engineering, survey, environmental, and architectural firms, both large and small.

This diversity of talent and service-oriented approach is at the heart of truly successful commissions. Clients have the unique opportunity of direct principal involvement on all facets and phases of our commissions. Mr. Ferrero, as the principal of the firm, will be the primary designer / planner and project manager. His more than 25 years of experience in landscape architecture, planning, development consulting, civil engineering, construction and business ownership provides our clients the well rounded expertise of a seasoned professional.
